Plenti, a leading Australian fintech lender, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the Origination Platform across Consumer, Commercial, Renewables, Direct and Partnership channels.

You will own vision, roadmap and cross‑functional alignment with Engineering, to deliver scalable, compliant and automated customer journeys and partner onboarding. Strong stakeholder management and experience in regulated environments are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in a digital product environment, owning platform or shared-infrastructure products.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy and evolution of Plenti's Origination Platform and roadmap for a scalable cross-channel platform.
• Collaborate with Engineering to shape architecture, onboarding, scalability, resilience and debt reduction.
• Transform complex processes into automated, intuitive experiences for customers, partners and teams.
• Align Product, Technology and business units to deliver platform capabilities across Consumer, Commercial, Renewables, Direct and Partnership channels.
• Define and track platform outcomes (reliability, adoption, automation, efficiency, velocity) using data for continuous improvement.
• Embed regulatory, compliance and risk considerations into the platform by design to enable safe innovation.
