Very is seeking a Product Operations Manager to shape how our product organisation works within Financial Services. You’ll influence strategy, governance and delivery, across Product, Engineering, UX, Data and Commercial teams, with the Personal Loans proposition at the core of the role.

You’ll partner across stakeholders to simplify complexity, remove friction and drive faster, more reliable product delivery in a growing financial services environment.

Formación

• Experience operating within digital product organisations, ideally within Financial Services or fintech.
• Ability to embed great product discovery, delivery and prioritisation practices at scale.
• Comfort working across multiple stakeholders, building alignment and influence without direct authority.
• Experience using data and insights to drive decisions and prioritise investments.
• Proven ability to improve ways of working, delivery performance and operational effectiveness.
• Balance governance and structure with pragmatism and speed.
• Curious, outcome-focused and committed to continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the product operating model to support efficient, customer-focused delivery.
• Create consistency, visibility and confidence in portfolio planning, prioritisation and governance.
• Direct investment focus on initiatives delivering biggest customer and commercial impact.
• Provide a clear view of portfolio health, delivery performance, dependencies and value realisation.
• Improve how teams use product and delivery tooling to reduce friction and boost productivity.
• Build reporting and insights to help leaders make informed decisions.
• Forge strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, UX, Data, Commercial, Risk and Compliance.
• Embed governance and controls to move quickly while meeting regulatory requirements.
• Coach teams on product best practice, experimentation, metrics and continuous improvement.
• Act as Product Manager for our Personal Loans proposition, shaping a strategic product area.
