Job summary

Macquarie Group’s Wrap Product Management team in Wealth Management is seeking an experienced product leader to shape the roadmap for wrap and superannuation services. You will collaborate with technology, distribution, legal, risk and marketing to drive key product and growth initiatives.

Lead a high-performing team, manage change across design to implementation, and partner with senior stakeholders to minimise risk while improving the platform user experience.

Qualifications

• Deep wealth management and wrap product management experience (8+ years) with strong technical expertise including in superannuation.
• People management and leadership experience.
• Demonstrated strong understanding of the wealth management industry landscape including regulatory frameworks governing wrap and superannuation products.
• Experience in managing, prioritising and delivering on a product roadmap.
• Proactive approach to finding ways to work smarter, improve the platform user experience and minimise risk.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, strong stakeholder management skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

In this role you will use your knowledge of the features, functionality, risks, and regulatory environment that underpin our wrap products including superannuation, to manage the roadmap and provide expertise to shape and deliver key product and growth initiatives.You will manage change and requirements with senior stakeholders from design through to implementation, as well as work closely with a variety of stakeholders including technology, distribution, legal, risk and marketing.
