Job summary

Macquarie in Sydney is seeking a Wealth Operations Specialist to be the first point of contact for Wrap platform queries. You will use your organisational skills to manage client requests and deliverables while building strong relationships.

The role focuses on analysis and resolution of issues, supporting a high standard of service in a flexible, hybrid working environment with emphasis on compliance and client outcomes.

As a Wealth Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for all matters relating to our Wrap platform. You will utilise your organisational skills to manage client requests and meet client deliverables. Your delivery focus and the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships will assist in your ability to analyse and resolve issues.
