Macquarie Group’s Wealth Management division invites a seasoned Wrap Product Manager to lead the roadmap for wrap and superannuation products. You will drive growth initiatives and manage change from design through implementation, working with technology, distribution, legal, risk and marketing teams.

You will oversee a high‑performing team, balancing competing priorities, and building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels while upholding regulatory standards and platform UX

Formación

• Deep wealth management and/or wrap product management experience (8+ years).
• Strong understanding of regulatory and legislative frameworks governing wrap and superannuation products.
• Proven ability to manage and deliver on a product roadmap.
• People management and leadership experience.

Join our Macquarie Wrap Product Management team within the Wealth Management division of Banking and Financial Services. What role will you play?

In this role you will use your knowledge of the features, functionality, risks, and regulatory environment that underpin our wrap products including superannuation, to manage the roadmap and provide expertise to shape and deliver key product and growth initiatives.You will manage change and requirements with senior stakeholders from design through to implementation, as well as work closely with a variety of stakeholders including technology, distribution, legal, risk and marketing. You will also lead a high performing team

What you offer

• Deep wealth management and/or wrap product management experience (typically 8+ years) with strong technical expertise including in superannuation
• People management and leadership experience
• Demonstrated strong understanding of the wealth management industry landscape including the regulatory and legislative frameworks governing wrap and superannuation products
• Experience in managing, prioritising and delivering on a product roadmap
• A proactive approach to finding ways to work smarter, improve the platform user experience and minimise risk
• Ability to manage competing priorities, strong stakeholder management skills and a keen eye for detail
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
