HotDoc is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Practice Intelligence in Australia. You will own discovery, strategy, and a multi-quarter roadmap, partnering with a PM to define delivery and ensure commercial impact across GP SaaS.

Lead a product trio, drive continuous discovery with practice managers, GPs, and front-desk staff, and shape AI-powered offerings with a strong focus on pricing, monetisation and retention.

Qualifications

• Substantial product management experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience owning a product strategy and multi-quarter roadmap.
• AI/LLM product experience with measurable output quality and cost forecasting.
• Independent discovery in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Comfort using data from BI tools for strategic decisions.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success, and mentoring PMs.

Responsabilités

• Own Practice Intelligence product strategy and a validated, sequenced 12-month roadmap.
• Lead the product trio to set direction and decide what goes to delivery.
• Run continuous discovery with GP clinics, reception staff, and patients.
• Turn ideas into build-ready work: research, prototyping with Design, scoping with Engineering, PRD and go/no-go.
• Set baselines/targets for churn, seat growth and ARPU; show roadmap impact.
• Contribute to pricing, packaging and tiering with Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Analyze data (SQL/BI) to size opportunities and decide what to stop.
• Shape AI-powered products for clinics and cost considerations.
• Mentor associate and junior PMs on discovery and prioritisation.
