Job summary

Service NSW is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of a major digital product. You will shape strategy, identify customer needs and validate opportunities, guiding investment and prioritisation across Digital Services, with a focus on measurable customer and government outcomes.

In a product trio with Engineering and Design, you will prioritise opportunities, balance trade-offs and champion data-driven decisions that deliver value for NSW residents and agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex digital products with ambiguity and multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to define strategy, create roadmaps and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Strong discovery skills to identify, validate and size opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Own outcome-oriented roadmaps prioritised by customer value and business goals.
• Maintain a clear backlog aligned to strategic priorities and customer outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Design in a product trio to balance user needs and technical constraints.
• Drive customer and stakeholder discovery to validate opportunities and improve the experience.
• Build relationships across Digital Services, Service NSW and partner agencies to influence decisions.
