Job summary

Amazon Business is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Selection and Tax in Australia to help establish and grow Amazon Business in the country, shaping the future of B2B commerce.

You will own roadmaps, drive end-to-end product delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement prioritisation models and analytics across your workstreams, while working in our CBD Sydney office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage product roadmaps to address key client and partner requirements.
• Own the deployment of selection prioritisation approaches to category teams.
• Engage in continuous process improvement to refine prioritisation models.
• Understand key customer requirements, and translate these into actionable focus areas for partner teams.
• Plan resourcing, analyse, and report weekly and monthly metrics for your workstreams.
• Achieve business KPIs for lead generation and qualification efficiency.
• Design and implement automation solutions that remove manual processes and enable stakeholders to manage the business more effectively.
