Amazon Business Australia is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Selection and Tax to join our team in Australia. This role focuses on building and scaling products that meet B2B buyers' tax and invoicing needs, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive adoption and impact.

You will own roadmaps, prioritise features, and deliver end-to-end product delivery in a fast-moving, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or programme management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• Experience with end to end product delivery.
• Experience with feature delivery and trade-offs of a product.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.
• Experience owning technology products.
• Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage product roadmaps to address key client and partner requirements
• Own the deployment of selection prioritisation approaches to category teams
• Engage in continuous process improvement to refine prioritisation models
• Understand key customer requirements, and translate these into actionable focus areas for partner teams
• Plan resourcing, analyse, and report weekly and monthly metrics for your workstreams
• Achieve business KPIs for lead generation and qualification efficiency
• Design and implement automation solutions that remove manual processes and enable stakeholders to manage the business more effectively
