Swisse Wellness Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Product Development Associate for the ANZ team. You will lead end-to-end development of complex complementary medicines and foods, from concept to launch, ensuring scientific credibility, regulatory compliance, and commercial viability.
You will partner with Marketing, Science, Regulatory, Sourcing and Quality, as well as external contract manufacturers to deliver differentiated products on time, cost, and specification.

The Senior Product Development Associate is a key technical contributor within the ANZ Product Development team, responsible for the end-to-end development of highly complex complementary medicines & foods across the Swisse portfolio. The role leads the formulation, development, and commercialisation of NPD and EPD projects — from concept through to launch, ensuring products are scientifically credible, consumer-relevant, regulatory-compliant and commercially viable. The role partners cross-functionally with Marketing, Science, Regulatory, Sourcing, Quality, and external contract manufacturers to deliver differentiated products on time, on cost, and to specification.
