Job summary

Swisse Wellness Pty Ltd is seeking a Designer, Digital to join the in‑house Design team on a full‑time, four‑month contract. You will support a broad range of creative work across the Swisse portfolio and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.

This hybrid role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a portfolio of design work. Two mandatory onsite days per week will be at the Collingwood office.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required.
• A strong design portfolio showcasing relevant work is essential.
• Minimum 2–3 years graphic design experience.
• Excellent layout and typography skills.
• Ability to work efficiently across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience applying established brand guidelines.
• Collaborative, in-house team mindset required.
• Basic motion design or After Effects knowledge beneficial.
• Understanding of print and digital design processes.

Responsibilities

• Create print and web advertisements using established templates.
• Support design workflows by updating libraries and organizing files.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Work Areas.
• Apply Swisse brand guidelines under supervision of senior designers.
• Assist with presentation decks and asset management.
• Experience with printers and production workflows is desirable.

Your role within the team

We’re looking for a Designer, Digital to join our collaborative in-house Design team on a full-time, four-month contract. Working in the fast-paced FMCG and wellness retail environment, you’ll support a broad range of creative work across our Swisse portfolio. This hybrid role includes two mandatory days onsite at our Collingwood office.

Key responsibilities include:

Create print and web advertisements using established templates.

Support creative workflows by updating design libraries, organising creative files and assisting with presentation decks.

Collaborate with teams across other Work Areas.

Apply existing Swisse brand guidelines and work under the supervision of senior team members.

Experience working with printers is desirable.

Basic After Effects or motion design skills.
