Your role within the team

We are seeking an analytical and detail‑oriented Demand & Performance Coordinator to maintain accurate planning data, monitor key KPIs, and support efficient production and supply‑chain operations. In this role you will analyse demand and performance gaps, provide insights for decision‑making, and collaborate closely with supply chain, operations, production, planning, and finance teams. You’ll also support inventory control for upcoming PNC product launches. Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, knowledge of production and demand planning, proficiency with Excel, Power BI and NS ERP systems, and tertiary qualifications in business or supply chain. GMP/TGA experience is highly desirable.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintain accurate, integrity‑focused data across ERP and planning systems using tools such as Excel, Power BI, NetSuite, or other demand‑planning software to ensure data integrity for reporting and forecasting.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, service level/order fulfillment rate, inventory turnover, production efficiency, and create regular performance reports and dashboards.
• Analyse gaps between planned and actual performance.
• Recommend and support process improvements to boost operational performance.
• Work closely with supply chain, operations, production, planning and finance teams.
• Communicate clearly about changes in demand or performance issues.
• Support management in strategic decision‑making with data and insights.
• Help with the launch of our PNC products by controlling inventory.
