Allstaff Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Procurement Officer to join a Queensland Government contract assignment based in Brisbane CBD. You will manage strategic procurement projects and high-value contracts, providing commercial advice and supporting effective service delivery.

The role runs ASAP until 30 June 2027 with possible extensions. You will lead planning, market approach, evaluation and contract implementation, while ensuring probity and recordkeeping are met and

Competenze

• Experience in procurement and contract management across full lifecycle.
• Knowledge of government procurement policy and contract management requirements.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with stakeholder engagement.

Mansioni

• Manage procurement activities from planning and market approach through to evaluation, negotiation and contract implementation.
• Provide practical advice on sourcing strategies, contract terms, governance, supplier performance and risk.
• Develop contract management plans and monitor supplier deliverables, performance and milestones.
• Manage contract variations, extensions, renewals and close out activities.
• Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, evaluation reports, contracts, briefings and approval records.
• Ensure procurement activities meet policy, probity and recordkeeping requirements.
• Build productive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues and achieve value for money.
