Job summary
Gold Fields Group Services (Pty) Ltd is seeking a Senior Process Operator at the St Ives mine site in Western Australia. You will support the Process Shift Supervisor, lead a crew and provide hands-on plant operation across processing areas to meet targets safely.
The role requires solid gold processing experience, a strong safety mindset, and leadership to coach and mentor others while delivering reliable production data and reports.
Qualifications
- Senior Process Technician with significant gold processing experience.
- Demonstrates an uncompromising commitment to safety.
- Proven leader who approaches coaching and mentoring others.
Responsibilities
- Support the Shift Supervisor and cover when required.
- Lead by example in promoting a strong safety culture.
- Operate and monitor plant equipment across processing areas.
- Coordinate daily work activities, reports and checklists.
- Collaborate with Metallurgy and Maintenance to optimise performance.
- Maintain accurate production data and shift reporting.
- Identify improvement opportunities to enhance team efficiency.
