Job summary

Toyota Automated Logistics is seeking a Senior Process Engineer based at the MoRDC facility in Western Sydney to drive operational excellence in a highly automated warehouse. This leadership role requires influence across internal teams and with customers, partnering with operations, maintenance, engineering, and customer groups to identify opportunities and elevate performance.

Qualifications

Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
Experience in automated warehousing, manufacturing or highly automated environments.
Strong analytical capability with data-driven improvement.
Proven track record delivering improvements through structured problem solving.

Responsibilities

Build deep technical expertise in the ASRS system, including equipment, controls, software interfaces, and performance.
Analyse data and system performance to identify opportunities to improve throughput, quality, reliability, and efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives from problem identification to implementation and sustainment.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and customer teams to eliminate losses and optimise site performance.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of improvement opportunities aligned to site objectives.
Provide leadership during investigations, incidents, and structured root cause analysis.
Coach site teams in problem-solving, TPS mindsets, and daily management.
