Job summary

Senior Process Engineer at Toyota Automated Logistics based at the MoRDC facility in Western Sydney. You will drive operational excellence in a highly automated warehouse, guiding continuous improvement with senior stakeholders and partner teams across operations, maintenance, and engineering.

You will build expertise in the ASRS system, analyze performance data, and lead root cause investigations while coaching teams in structured problem solving and Lean practices.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in automated warehousing, manufacturing, logistics or similar environments.
• Strong analytical capability and data-driven improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build deep technical expertise in the ASRS system and its integrations.
• Analyse operational data to identify throughput, quality and efficiency gains.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives from problem identification to sustainment.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering and customers to reduce losses and optimize site performance.
• Coach teams in problem solving, data analysis, and Toyota Production System mindsets.
