Job summary

Senior Process Engineer based at our MoRDC facility in Western Sydney will drive operational excellence in a highly automated warehouse environment. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives, coach teams in problem-solving, and partner with cross-functional groups to enhance throughput, quality, and reliability.

The role requires strong communication with senior stakeholders and hands-on TPS principles.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Experience in automated warehousing, manufacturing, logistics, or other highly automated environments.
• Strong understanding of automated material handling systems, controls, software interfaces, and system integration.
• Lean Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives from problem identification to implementation and sustainment.
• Coach site teams in problem solving, data analysis, and Toyota Production System mindsets.
• Partner with operations, maintenance, engineering, and customer teams to improve site performance and reduce losses.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of improvement opportunities aligned to site objectives.
