AI Talent in Sydney, Australia seeks a talented Management Consultant to guide clients through organisational challenges and technology-driven transformations.

With at least 2 years of consulting experience and a bachelor’s degree, you will assess systems, design strategic plans, lead change initiatives, and implement solutions for improved efficiency and performance. This is a permanent, full-time role in a dynamic IT team with a competitive AU$140,000–AU$220,000 salary plus Super.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in management consulting, IT industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead change management initiatives.

Responsabilidades
