Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services.
• At least 3 years of experience in decisioning, with strong domain knowledge in Credit Risk and/or Fraud.
• Proven ability to collaborate, build trust, and maintain relationships with stakeholders across business, risk, analytics, and technology.
• Strong documentation and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable hands-on with technology, including low-code configuration and demonstration delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales and Product to shape solution strategies.
• Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations to address business value.
• Configure and maintain demonstration environments for client use cases.
• Lead design workshops to define solution blueprints meeting objectives.
• Support RFPs, workshops, and technical validation across sales cycles.
• Advise customers on market trends in Credit Risk and Fraud Decisioning.
• Present thought leadership at webinars and conferences.
