Job summary

Provenir is seeking a Senior PreSales Solution Consultant who partners with customer-facing teams to sell Provenir's risk-decisioning platform. You will translate customer challenges into a compelling business value proposition and deliver demonstrations with impact.

The ideal candidate combines strong credit risk and fraud domain knowledge with hands-on, low-code configuration and storytelling. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Data Science, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services with banking, lending, fintech, or consulting experience.
• At least 3 years in decisioning; strong credit risk or fraud domain knowledge.
• Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong documentation, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Hands-on with technology, including low-code configuration and demos.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery to elicit needs and pain points.
• Create compelling storytelling demonstrations addressing business value.
• Develop demo environments tailored to client use cases.
• Lead design workshops to define solution blueprints with clients.
• Contribute to RFPs, workshops, and technical validation with SMEs.
• Serve as SME in Credit Risk and Fraud Decisioning for customers.
