Job summary

Provenir is seeking a Senior PreSales Solution Consultant to partner with customer‑facing teams and help sell Provenir’s risk‑decisioning platform across Australia. You will translate business challenges into compelling value through demonstrations and hands‑on configuration.

With 5+ years in financial services and 3+ years in decisioning, you will lead workshops, support RFPs, and shape solutions with product, data science, and services teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial services (banking, lending, fintech, consulting, or software vendor)
• At least 3 years of experience in decisioning with Credit Risk and/or Fraud domain knowledge
• Proven ability to collaborate and manage internal/external stakeholders
• Strong documentation and communication skills; detail‑oriented
• Hands-on with technology and low‑code configuration for demonstrations

Responsibilities

• Attend customer discovery to elicit needs and pain points
• Create compelling storytelling demos and presentations of Provenir to address challenges and articulate business value
• Maintain tailored demonstration environments and configure Provenir’s platform
• Lead design/workshops to define solution blueprints meeting business/technical goals
• Contribute to RFPs, workshops, and validation; coordinate SMEs across company
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert in Credit Risk and Fraud Decisioning
• Deliver webinars, conferences, and speaking engagements as thought leadership
• Partner with Sales and Product to align solutions with roadmaps
