Job summary

Provenir is seeking a Senior PreSales Solution Consultant based in Australia. You will partner with Sales to understand client challenges and deliver compelling demonstrations of Provenir’s risk-decisioning platform, blending business insight with technical delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services and 3+ years in decisioning, strong storytelling, and hands-on demo configuration. Travel to client sites is expected; remote-work options exist for Australia.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in financial services (banking, lending, fintech, consulting) or software/environment
• At least 3 years in decisioning with Credit Risk and/or Fraud domain
• Strong ability to build trust and manage internal/external stakeholders
• Excellent documentation, editing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Elicit customer needs via discovery and craft compelling storytelling demonstrations
• Develop and maintain tailored demo environments for client use cases
• Lead design & architecture workshops to define solution blueprints
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Services to align delivery
• Support RFPs, workshops, and technical validation during sales cycles
• Represent thought leadership in webinars, conferences, and speaking engagements
