Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Sydney is seeking a PreSales Architect to own the solution’s technical design across major opportunities, from high-level designs to detailed specifications, during tender and pre-sales phases.

You will collaborate with PreSales Engineers, Account Teams and Bid Management to translate customer needs into competitive, design-led solutions for public safety and critical communications.

Qualifications

• 10 years in involvement with a wide range of radio and IP communications solutions including architecture design, specification and implementation.
• Extensive experience in Solution Management, PreSales Engineering, Technical Sales and/or customer relationship management.
• Experience in influencing technical customer requirements throughout the sales process.
• Strong knowledge of wireless communications fundamentals and voice/data architectures, especially in public safety.

Responsibilities

• Own the solution design across opportunities, including high-level and detail designs during tender/pre-sales phases.
• Lead end-to-end management of designs and support account teams in securing opportunities.
• Collaborate with PreSales Engineers, Bid Management, SI Planning and customers to deliver competitive solutions.
