Leading Electrical Engineering Firm is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic direction and governance for the Power Systems discipline across multiple projects. You will oversee safety, quality, commissioning, and client handover while building a high-performing, commercially astute team.

You will champion safety, reliability, and innovation, translating business goals into scalable engineering strategies and ensuring regulatory compliance across industrial, renewable, and BESS environments.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience in power systems engineering within industrial, utility-scale, renewable, and/or BESS environments.
• Strong commercial acumen including budget management, contract oversight, and resource planning at a senior level.

• Champion a safety-first culture across all power systems activities and sites.
• Ensure compliance with ISO45001, ISO14001, and ISO9001 standards.
• Provide strategic oversight of power systems delivery across multiple projects and client portfolios.
• Lead change management and governance processes across the discipline.
• Oversee verification, performance reporting, and client handover strategies.
• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team and drive capability growth.
• Collaborate with other business units to align outcomes with company objectives.
