BI & DW Australia is seeking a Senior Power Platform Technical Lead to own technical solutions from design through to delivery in a hybrid Sydney role. You will guide client engagements, deliver Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse solutions, and help organisations solve complex problems with practical, maintainable automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Power Automate and Dataverse experience.
• Experience taking solutions through design, development and implementation.

• Ability to own and resolve technical challenges independently.
• Experience with Power Pages, SQL, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Azure AI is beneficial.

Take ownership of technical solutions from design through to delivery.

We're representing an established Microsoft partner specialising in data, analytics and AI, seeking a Senior Power Platform professional to join its consulting team.

This opportunity suits someone who combines strong hands‑on development skills with the ability to make sound technical decisions, engage with clients and guide the delivery of effective business solutions.

You'll work across client engagements involving business applications, workflow automation and emerging AI capabilities, helping organisations solve complex problems without overcomplicating the solution.

Your responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and clarify client requirements.


• Design and deliver solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.


• Develop maintainable applications and automation workflows.


• Work with APIs and related technologies to connect business systems.


• Evaluate opportunities to apply Copilot Studio, AI services and agentic development.


• Make practical architecture and implementation decisions.


• Take ownership of delivery quality, technical problem‑solving and client outcomes.


• Communicate technical concepts and trade‑offs clearly to business stakeholders.

What we're looking for

• Practical experience with Power Automate and Dataverse.


• Experience taking solutions through design, development and implementation.


• Confidence working directly with clients and understanding business requirements.


• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and a preference for simple, effective solutions.


• The ability to take ownership and work through technical challenges independently.


• Experience with Power Pages, SQL, Power BI, Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, data engineering or agentic development would be beneficial.

Power BI is not essential. The priority is strong Power Platform capability and the ability to design and deliver quality solutions.

Relevant Microsoft certifications are advantageous but should complement practical experience.
