Job summary

Dynamo Recruitment is recruiting a Senior Power Platform Software Engineer to join a major Australian government organisation in Canberra. The role is hybrid and involves designing, developing and enhancing modern digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and Azure.

You will work in a small, high-performing team with stakeholders, delivering across Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Pages, C#/.NET and REST APIs while embracing modern development practices and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing solutions using Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Pages
• Excellent front-end development skills
• Strong full-stack development experience with C#/NET
• Experience integrating front-end applications with backend services and APIs
• Solid experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies
• Experience working with architectures, reusable components and modern development practices

We are currently looking for Senior Power Platform Software Engineers to join a major Australian government organisation and work on an exciting digital transformation program.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced developer with strong Microsoft Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure and full-stack development skills to work on a high-profile digital portal that is continuing to expand.

The Role

You will join a small, high-performing multidisciplinary team, working closely with business stakeholders to design, develop and enhance modern digital solutions.

You'll be working across:

• Microsoft Power Platform
• Dynamics 365 & Dataverse
• Power Pages
• JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML & CSS
• Vue.js or similar modern frameworks
• C# / .NET
• REST APIs, JSON & SQL
• Azure Functions, API Management & Logic Apps
• Power Automate
• Azure DevOps, source control & CI/CD

What We're Looking For

We're looking for senior developers who can demonstrate:

• Strong experience developing solutions using Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Pages
• Excellent front-end development skills
• Strong full-stack development experience with C#/.NET
• Experience integrating front-end applications with backend services and APIs
• Solid experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies
• Experience working with application architectures, reusable components and modern development practices
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with technical and business teams

Desirable

Experience with AI and intelligent automation would be highly regarded, including:

• Azure AI
• Microsoft Copilot
• AI Builder
• Generative AI
• Agent-based solutions

Relevant Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or AI are also highly regarded.
