Job summary

Akkodis is seeking a Senior Power Platform Software Engineer to join an inflight digital portal program in Canberra. You will develop and enhance enterprise solutions across Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform and Power Pages, delivering high-quality front-end, back-end and integration work within a collaborative delivery team.

You will work with C#, .NET, REST APIs and Azure-based services, integrating front-end and back-end components while following established architectures and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Strong front-end framework skills (Vue.js).
• Excellent full-stack capabilities using C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL.
• Experience integrating front-end with back-end services.
• Experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies (API Management, Logic Apps, Power Automate).
• Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary delivery teams and demonstrate problem-solving skills.
• Baseline Security Clearance and ability to provide two referees.

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Software Engineer to join an inflight digital portal program.

You will develop and enhance solutions across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform and Power Pages. Working closely with business and technical teams, you will deliver high-quality front-end, back-end and integration solutions within a small, collaborative delivery environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse, Power Platform and Power Pages
• Develop back-end services using C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL
• Integrate front-end applications with back-end platforms and services
• Deliver integrations using API Management, Azure Functions, Logic Apps and Power Automate
• Work within established application architectures and development patterns
• Develop reusable components to support scalable solution delivery
• Use Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD practices
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary business and technical delivery teams
• Contribute to the quality, functionality and maintainability of delivered software

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience developing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dataverse and Power Platform, including Power Pages
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Vue.js
• Strong full-stack development skills using C#, .NET, REST APIs, JSON and SQL
• Experience integrating front-end applications with back-end services
• Experience with Azure and Power Platform integration technologies, including:
• API Management
• Logic Apps
• Power Automate
• Experience working with established application architectures, reusable components and development patterns
• Experience using Azure DevOps, source control and CI/CD practices
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Baseline Security Clearance
• Ability to provide a minimum of two referees

Highly Desirable

• Experience with Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, AI Builder or generative AI
• Exposure to intelligent automation or agent-based solutions
• Relevant Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure or AI
