Job summary

Macquarie Bank Limited is seeking a hands-on Automation & AI specialist to design, build, and support automation and AI-enabled solutions using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform.

You will develop and optimise workflows, modernise legacy automations, integrate systems and data sources, and deliver secure, self-service solutions that improve business processes and knowledge access.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataverse.
• Strong expertise in end-to-end business process automation.
• Ability to integrate Power Platform with APIs and external data sources.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure and support automation and AI-enabled solutions using Power Platform tools.
• Analyse requirements, translate into scalable technical solutions and deliver reusable automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with architects, platform engineers and stakeholders to modernise processes.

Join our Automation & AI team, supporting the Corporate Operations Group as we deliver secure, scalable automation and AI-enabled solutions across Macquarie. You will help design and build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate and Copilot Studio to reduce toil, modernise processes and improve user experience.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for building, configuring, and supporting automation and AI-enabled solutions using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform. You will develop and optimise workflows, modernise legacy automations, integrate systems and data sources, and create secure self-service solutions that improve business processes and knowledge access. Working closely with architects, platform engineers, and business stakeholders, you will analyse process challenges, translate requirements into practical technical solutions, and deliver scalable, well-governed, and reusable automation capabilities.

• Proven experience delivering Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and platform governance.
• Strong expertise in Power Automate and end-to-end business process automation.
• Skilled in integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, APIs, enterprise applications, and external data sources.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, data modelling, security, and governance.
• Experience with Power Platform ALM, CI/CD, version control, and development best practices.
• Understanding of Power Platform security, compliance, governance, and environment management
• Exposure to Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management, Power Fx, JSON, and cloud integration patterns.
