Job summary

TheirCare Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Behaviour Support Practice Lead to provide specialist clinical leadership across complex behaviour support matters. This senior role combines direct practice with supervision of Practitioners and APO responsibilities for NDIS service provision.

You will mentor teams, oversee plans, and guide practice improvements while maintaining direct involvement with children, young people and families in everyday service settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Social Work or closely related allied health discipline.
• Experience as Social Worker, Behaviour Analyst or Behaviour Support Practitioner.
• Experience with children, families and disability.
• Strong knowledge of positive behaviour support and NDIS Practice Standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cases and provide supervision to practitioners.
• Develop and guide individualised behaviour support strategies.
• Provide clinical oversight and escalation for complex presentations.
• Coaching staff through observation and real-time feedback.
• Collaborate with families, carers and service teams for coordinated responses.
