Job summary

Civic Disability Services is seeking an Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner Supervisor to lead supervision and development across a multidisciplinary team in Sydney. The role includes managing a clinical caseload and guiding practitioners to deliver evidence-based support.

You will supervise, mentor, and coach Behaviour Support Practitioners, ensure compliance with NDIS Quality & Safeguards, and work across onsite, community settings, and Telehealth to achieve positive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Advanced Behaviour Support Practitioner with supervision/mentoring experience.
• Proven ability to lead practitioner development and capability building.
• Experience with evidence-based assessments and interventions.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS and NDIS Quality & Safeguards.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and support to Behaviour Support Practitioners.
• Facilitate peer supervision and practitioner development.
• Manage a varied caseload across onsite, community, and Telehealth.
• Support practitioners in restrictive practices and incident reporting.
• Coach and guide practitioners and carers in evidence-based interventions.
• Conduct assessments and provide strategies for communication, self-regulation, social skills, self-care, participation, inclusion.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager to support growth and improvement.
