Job summary

Rocky Bay is seeking experienced practitioners to join its Positive Behaviour Support Team in Western Australia. The role focuses on leadership, supervision and capability-building within a multidisciplinary setting to support people with behaviours of concern.

You will apply trauma-informed, person-centred PBS approaches, contribute to assessments and support planning, and collaborate with families, providers and teams across settings. Hybrid working options apply after probation.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising core practitioners within the NDIS framework.
• Strong experience supporting individuals with complex behaviours using person-centred approaches.
• Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles and evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor core behaviour support practitioners within the NDIS framework.
• Develop and deliver training, coaching and capacity-building for staff, providers and families.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand participant needs and drivers of behaviour.
• Contribute to assessments, reflective practice and integrated support planning in multidisciplinary teams.
