Job summary

Circle Specialist Coordination (Circle SC) in Perth is expanding its Positive Behaviour Support team. We seek a Proficient or Advanced PBS Practitioner to lead clinical work with complex clients while maintaining strong supervision and teamwork.

Flexibility includes home and community visits, with a clear pathway toward leadership as the PBS team grows. You will deliver comprehensive assessments, develop person-centred plans, and collaborate with families.

Qualifications

• Current Proficient or Advanced PBS suitability status with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

Responsibilities

• Provide Positive Behaviour Support to Circle SC participants with complex needs.
• Complete functional behaviour assessments and develop high-quality PBS plans.
• Develop behavioural formulations informed by multiple sources of evidence.
• Identify factors that influence behaviour and quality of life.
• Collaborate with participants, families, and others who know them best.
• Support implementation through coaching, education and stakeholder training.
• Provide practical, clinically sound recommendations for real-world settings.
• Support reduction and elimination of restrictive practices.
• Identify and respond to safeguarding concerns and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and write reports in NDIs language.
• Contribute to reflective practice and ongoing PBS team development.
• Growth pathway toward Clinical Lead/Team Lead as the team expands.
