Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a data‑driven analyst to join a team delivering consolidated project performance reporting across the project portfolio.

You will interpret complex data, extract insights from multiple sources and develop portfolio reporting to inform decision‑making, with a focus on cost, time, risk, change, safety, community and environment. Two full‑time roles are available: one permanent and one temporary until 30 June 2028, both with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Your demonstrated experience in analysis and reporting, and ability to interpret complex and evolving data sets
• Analytical and detail-focused professional, skilled at extracting, modelling and analysing data to identify trends and issues

Responsibilities

• Working as part of a team delivering consolidated project performance analysis and reporting across the project portfolio
• Support the interpretation, review and monitoring of current and emerging project performance trends and issues, undertake detailed portfolio analysis, extract and model data from multiple sources, analyse and report on performance across cost, time, risk, change, safety, community and environment, and support the development and implementation of new reporting suites and processes
• You will build consistent, reliable and transparent portfolio-level performance reporting and insights in a complex project environment with disparate systems, competing priorities and tight reporting deadlines
