The Role

Reporting into the Head of Value Retention, the Senior Portfolio Analyst role is a newly created role within the Value Retention team.

You will be responsible for understanding the financial drivers of customer retention and their impacts on sustainability and profitability. Your responsibilities are wide and varied, from analysing complex data sets, identifying trends, to translating insights into actionable strategies to optimise retention outcomes.

You will also be responsible for creating any Power BI dashboards and management reporting packs to enable meaningful decision making that will translate into tangible commercial outcomes.

About You

An experienced Senior Analyst with a minimum of 3+ years of experience, you possess experience in analyzing, digesting and drawing insights from business/commercial data in a regulated environment.

A strategic thinker and star negotiator, you understand the critical role that the Portfolio Analyst plays in the successful delivery of a change agenda as we continue to make data-driven decisions, aligning our value retention initiatives and deliverables with objectives and benefits.

Lastly, your ability to build and maintain strong relationships will enable you to interact, influence and work with stakeholders across all areas of the business.
