Job summary

Loan Market Group (LMG) is seeking a Business Analyst to identify and document future state processes aligning with business goals. You will work across business areas to map requirements, influence data migration, and support integration with the new commission system.

The role supports UAT, change management, and benefits from a hybrid work model with collaborative teams in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in financial services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Experience in projects and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• Hybrid work: minimum 2 office days per week, including a team anchor day.

Responsibilities

• Requirements elicitation & management: Lead workshops to capture and document comprehensive business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Manage requirements traceability to ensure all needs are met by the new solution.
• Analyse current commission structures, sales data, and financial reports to identify trends and opportunities.
