Job summary

ReturnToWorkSA is seeking a high-calibre professional to provide expert political and policy advice at the highest levels. You will prepare briefings, Ministerials and Cabinet submissions, and support intergovernmental forums, ensuring complaints are resolved impartially and efficiently.

In this full-time ongoing role, you will engage with third-party organisations, develop data-sharing agreements, and help ensure the Return to Work scheme operates fairly for workers, employers and providers.

Qualifications

• Experience producing accurate, concise and persuasive advice, briefings, submissions, speeches and parliamentary documents for Ministers, senior executives and Cabinet.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality briefings, Ministerials, Cabinet submissions, speeches and documents for parliamentary processes for the Minister and CEO.
• Support engagement in inter- and intra-jurisdictional committees and intergovernmental processes.
• Develop data-sharing agreements under section 185 of the Return to Work Act 2014 and internal governance policies.
• Ensure complaints are investigated and resolved transparently, impartially and consistently in line with legislation and policy.
• Resolve service and communication issues quickly and effectively.
• Ensure worker, employer and provider concerns are heard and addressed with empathy, fairness and promptness.
