Job summary

Reserve Bank of Australia in Sydney (Bella Vista hybrid) is seeking an experienced PMO professional for a full-time fixed-term contract through Sep 2027. You will support portfolio governance, reporting, planning and delivery coordination across a major program.

You will work with stakeholders to identify risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities while embedding program management standards and controls. Strong communication and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong PMO and portfolio management experience in large and complex programs.
• Experience supporting governance, reporting, planning or program delivery.
• Highly organised with attention to detail and prioritisation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Collaborative across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
• Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio management, governance and reporting across the program.
• Prepare and manage reporting outputs, dashboards and management information.
• Support governance forums through agendas, action tracking and decisions.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, dependency management and delivery coordination.
• Support financial management, forecasting, resource planning and capacity reporting.
• Contribute to procurement reporting and vendor performance monitoring.
• Support agile delivery teams through facilitation and coordination.
• Identify issues, risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities with stakeholders.
• Support implementation of program management standards, controls and processes.
