Job summary

Cathara Consulting is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to provide governance, reporting and assurance oversight across its capital and operational project portfolio. This is an influential opportunity to advise senior leaders, strengthen enterprise-wide frameworks and help ensure investment decisions align with strategic objectives, asset strategy and organisational delivery capability.

This position is based on the client site in Darwin, Northern Territory.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading complex project, program or portfolio environments and providing strategic advice.
Strong capability in portfolio governance, prioritisation, financial oversight, reporting, risk and assurance.
Proven leadership, sound judgement and ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead governance, prioritisation and performance oversight of the project portfolio.
Advise senior leaders on portfolio priorities, performance and delivery.
Oversee portfolio planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, risk and benefits realisation.
Assure business cases and approval documentation align with strategy and capacity.
Promote client safety, environmental, quality and corporate values.
