Paxus is seeking an experienced Portfolio Delivery & Governance Lead to establish delivery discipline, coordination, and lightweight PMO governance across a portfolio of initiatives. The role focuses on improving visibility, accountability, and project coordination with key stakeholders and delivery teams.

You will shape governance structures, manage interdependencies, risks, and escalation points, and drive momentum across groups to deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Strong PMO, delivery governance, or program coordination background.
• Experience in complex transformation environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and drive outcomes.
• Experience setting up reporting and governance processes.
