Ford Australia seeks a Senior PMO Lead to establish and run the PMO for Ford Pro, coordinating workstreams across Australia and overseas. You will drive governance, reporting and programme health, aligning with senior leadership to surface issues early.

The role demands strong PMO experience, senior stakeholder communication, and a proactive, structured approach to complex delivery. Hybrid work with four days on-site in Melbourne is available.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years in project and programme management for complex multi-workstream programmes.
• Track record designing and rolling out governance and reporting frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills enabling clear updates for senior leaders.
• Strong RAID management and multi-workstream planning.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and creating structure where little exists.
• High digital literacy with dashboards and AI/automation tools.

Aufgaben

• Establish the PMO with charter, governance, cadence, decision rights and escalation paths.
• Set programme milestones, RAG status and RAID management standards.
• Introduce a single integrated master plan across workstreams.
• Lead workstream check-ins, programme reviews and steering committees.
• Maintain RAID logs, oversee change control and health checks.
• Prepare decision-focused updates for timely leadership decisions.
