Wood Plc is recruiting a dynamic and results-driven Senior Project Manager focused on MTAC (Maintenance, Turnaround & Construction) with strong leadership in service delivery for a major client site in the Surat Basin, western Queensland. The role leads electrical, instrumentation, mechanical and third-party support resources across assets in the region.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification or equivalent with relevant and considerable experience in the energy industrial sector.
• Minimum 10 years of direct experience in Maintenance, Turnaround and Minor Modification contract management.
• Demonstrated supervisory and administration skills to organise and lead a project team, develop design/implementation schedules and provide status reports to senior management and clients.
• Self-motivated and able to clearly communicate with Client and contractors at all levels.
• Good presentation skills.
• Good written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and maintain efficient service resources for client assets in the Surat Basin region.
• Provide delivery excellence across projects/portfolios with robust control of scope, safety, schedule, cost and risk.
• Create certainty and confidence for the client through effective leadership and management of MTAC activities.
