Job summary

Wood is recruiting a dynamic and result-driven Maintenance & Turnaround Manager with a strong focus on maintenance services in the Surat Basin of western Queensland.

Based in Chinchilla, you will provide leadership in asset management and strategic maintenance improvements and lead, develop and maintain efficient and effective maintenance service resources for all electrical, instrumentation and mechanical for the client assets in Suart Basin.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification or equivalent with relevant and considerable experience in the industrial sector.
• Minimum 10 years of direct supervisory experience in Maintenance and Minot Modification contract management in an oil and gas environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory and administration skills to organise and lead a project team and report to senior management.
• Self-motivated with clear communication with client and contractors at all levels.
• Good presentation and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in asset management and strategic maintenance improvements.
• Lead, develop and maintain efficient maintenance resources for electrical, instrumentation and mechanical for client assets.
• Create delivery excellence across projects, controlling scope, schedule, cost and risk.
• Collaborate with clients and contractors to ensure alignment and performance.
