James Foster Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a landmark $70 million retail and industrial development in North Sydney. You will guide design, procurement, construction, and commercial management with a capable delivery team and established systems.

You will oversee head contracts, manage stakeholder relationships and drive design, cost control and programme delivery to a successful handover. This is a high‑level leadership role with clear accountability.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager with a reputable commercial builder.
• Demonstrated experience delivering projects valued at approximately $50 million or more.
• Experience across retail, industrial, commercial or similarly complex developments.
• Strong knowledge of head contracts, subcontract management and commercial construction.
• Proven capability across design management, procurement, programming and cost control.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary project teams and major subcontractor packages.
• Strong commercial awareness and an ability to identify and manage project risk.

Responsibilities

The Project

The Role

As Senior Project Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project.
