Job summary

Calleo is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support delivery of complex initiatives within the Enterprise Systems domain for a Federal Government client. The role focuses on secure, reliable and sustainable enterprise systems with emphasis on digital transformation and supporting policy and program delivery.

The successful candidate will work from Melbourne CBD office at least 2 days per week, with Baseline Security Clearance preferred. Contract is 9 months with two 12-month extensions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience with large, complex enterprise systems projects, especially D365 and Microsoft CRM.
• Delivery experience in a Federal Government setting with governance and finance expertise.
• Ability to communicate complex IT solutions to stakeholders and demonstrate business outcomes.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Nice to have: multivendor environments and complex vendor transitions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage complex enterprise systems projects within the Enterprise Systems domain.
• Support digital transformation and policy/program delivery for the client.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across government and vendor teams to ensure on-time, within-scope delivery.
