Job summary

A leading consulting firm is looking for experienced Solution Architects in Melbourne to deliver robust and secure solutions in a Federal Government context. Applicants must be Australian citizens with government security clearance. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, designing scalable solutions, and providing technical leadership. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a software/solution architecture role, including developing comprehensive architectural documentation and designs.
• Experience working in a scaled agile delivery framework.
• Strong understanding of various technologies, platforms, standards, and architectural patterns.
• Proficiency in architectural design frameworks and creating detailed diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate these into technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end solutions that are scalable, secure, and align with architectural standards.
• Develop and maintain architectural designs, diagrams, and documentation.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the solution architecture.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and performance requirements.
• Participate in architectural reviews and governance processes.
• Continuously improve and optimise existing solutions based on feedback and performance metrics.

One of our Federal Government clients are seeking Solution Architects to help deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions as part of their SAFe agile environment. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and other architects to design solutions that meet business needs while aligning with the department's technology strategy. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects that support Australia's future.

Due to the nature of this role, candidates must be Australian Citizens and hold a Government security clearance to be found suitable.
