Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst for a 12-month contract (plus potential 24-month extension) with a hybrid working arrangement in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable ICT solutions and engage across stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.

We are seeking a highly capable professional to bridge the gap between business and technology, translating complex business requirements into practical, scalable solutions within a large enterprise environment.
About the Role As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will engage with business stakeholders, technical teams, architects and delivery partners to analyse requirements, design solutions, and support the successful delivery of ICT initiatives.

You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for improvement, conducting detailed analysis, managing requirements, and ensuring solution designs align with both business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
