Job summary

RPS, part of the Tetra Tech Group, is seeking an experienced Project Manager for our Perth team with a focus on major construction projects for Defence, university and government clients. The role involves office-based work with regular site and client meetings and potential relocation support.

You will manage contracts, lead design management efforts, and mentor junior staff within a collaborative, flexible culture that values strong stakeholder relations and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years project management experience in construction
• Experience with client-side, contractor or designer on construction projects
• Defence sector experience would be advantageous
• Ability to manage contracts, contract administration and design management

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale construction projects for Defence, university and state government clients
• Provide guidance to junior staff and work as part of a large team
• Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain project schedules and budgets
