Job summary

RPS, part of the Tetra Tech Group, is seeking qualified Project Managers to join our Perth team for large-scale infrastructure and commercial projects. The role focuses on client-side project management, contracts, and design management within a defence-focused portfolio.

Relocation packages are available and travel to sites is expected. The ideal candidate holds a tertiary PM-related qualification, Australian citizenship with baseline security clearance, and 5+ years of project management

Qualifications

Australian citizenship and baseline security clearance is required.
5+ years of project management experience.
Recent construction project experience on client-side, contractor or designer.
Defence sector experience is preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, communications and leadership skills.
Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, Outlook).
AIPM Certified Practising Project Manager certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage construction projects on client-side, contractor or designer teams.
Oversee contract administration and design management for major projects.
Coordinate with Defence, university and government clients on complex assignments.
Travel to sites and attend meetings as required, including Garden Island.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
