Job summary

RPS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead infrastructure and building construction projects for Defence clients in Australia. You will own delivery, manage client relationships, and lead the project management team across major initiatives.

The role involves travel to site and client meetings, coordinating contracts, design management and working within a larger team. Australian citizenship and Baseline clearance required.

Qualifications

• Australian citizenship and baseline security clearance.
• 10+ years project management experience.
• Experience in buildings and construction for Defence clients.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage teams.
• Strong understanding of contracts, contract administration and design management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• MS Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook); MS Project desirable.
• AIPM certification or equivalent would be viewed favourably.
• Ability to lead large teams and mentor junior staff.
• Willing to travel to site meetings (Garden Island).
