Go1 is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the intelligence layer of our learning platform, driving search relevance, personalized recommendations, and agentic discovery workflows. You will shape what surfaces appear, when, and for whom, leveraging data, ML models, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience on ML-powered or data-heavy products.
• Led initiatives in search, personalization, recommendations, or content ranking.
• Experience with B2B SaaS, HR tech, content platforms, or compliance is a plus.
